nice lobby, clean bathroom, ample hot water
A few suggestions for improvement, the lobby’s charm didn’t extend to the rooms with hard beds!!! A microwave and fridge would be wonderful, and how about there being actual furniture to sit on? Keep trying!!!

great park views and nearby attractions for city strolls
I appreciated the easy access to the Indiana State Police Museum, which was just around 4 km away, and the surrounding park spaces made my walks incredibly refreshing, even if the hotel itself could definitely use some upgrades.

Had a great time with friends! We loved exploring the Fort Harrison Golf Resort and took a scenic walk along the Central Canal. The location is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy local culture. Just keep in mind the amenities might be basic, but overall, it’s a solid choice for a group getaway.
On a down note, our room had some cleanliness issues, like stained chairs. It was disappointing but manageable for our stay.

This was just a top selection for a transient stop in Indianapolis with extraordinarily good value for money. The room was surprisingly spacious and had a decent-sized refrigerator, which was perfect for storing snacks for the kids.

The hot sandwiches from the snack bar were surprisingly tasty – a true comfort food find! Plus, the location was decent enough, close to some local attractions for a bit of fun. Our quick check-in was a breeze too, so props for that!
Now, let's be real. The lobby might’ve looked snazzy, but the closed pool and sketchy vibes outside made it hard to relax. The TV didn't work, WiFi was a myth, and the room felt bare-bones with no furniture aside from the bed. Talk about a letdown!

However, the pool was out of service, which was a major disappointment. The room had noticeable cleanliness issues. I found muddy drywall patches and stains on the shower ceiling. Furthermore, the WiFi connection was unreliable, and the heating system had some trouble warming up the room adequately. Lastly, the overall feeling of safety was compromised, with a visible presence of unsavory characters around the property, making trips to and from the car feel a bit uncomfortable.

The experience was quite disappointing. The room had a heavy smell of smoke and felt unkempt, with visible drywall patches and a malfunctioning shower head. While I appreciated the quick check-in, the overall condition of the room and the hotel made it uncomfortable to stay. Given the surrounding environment, I wouldn't recommend staying here for peace of mind.

I recently stayed at Motel 6 Indianapolis for one night and had mixed feelings. The bed felt comfortable, giving me a decent night's rest, and the bathroom was clean, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues that made my stay less enjoyable. The dryer in the facility didn't dry our clothes at all. I had to hang them up around the room, and they still weren't completely dry. To make matters worse, I was charged extra during checkout for supposedly damaging a step while struggling with my luggage, as my wife couldn’t help me due to her disability. The staff was somewhat okay but didn’t offer any help when they saw me struggling. The TV remote needed repair, with tape holding the back together. The noise from the street kept me awake, making it hard to feel rested. I really wish the hotel had more attention to detail because it has potential but fails to deliver on the basics.
